利用Internet技术的企业内部网迅速发展起来。与此同时,基于企业内部网的服务器端和客户端应用程序的开发也迅速兴起。核心技术是用Winsock实现在因特网上的文件和数据传输。Socket实际在计算机中提供了一个通信端口,可以通过这个端口与任何一个具有Socket接口的计算机通信,应用程序在网络上传输,都通过这个Socket接口来实现。在应用开发中就像使用文件句柄一样,可以对Socket句柄进行读、写操作。

Intranet base on the internet technique is developing rapidly. Meanwhile the developing of application program of sever and client is also beginning base on the Intranet .The kernel technique is that the data and document will be transport in internet by winsock.The socket was actual to provide a correspondence port in computer. Any computer whichever have the socket interface can interchange message by this port. application program being delivered on the network also is realized by this socket interface. it can proceed to read and write the operation to the socket handle as if the usage file a handle In application development . 
