椎板间隙开窗显露手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Operating Observation on Protrusion of Intervetebral Disc Operating and Becoming Visible the Space between Vertebra Board

为探讨椎板间隙开窗显露手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值及适应证 .采用椎板间隙开窗显露方法对 5 8例腰椎间盘突出症进行髓核摘除及神经根通道清理 .经随访 6～ 3 6个月者共 5 6例 ,其中优 48例 ,良 5例 ,可 2例 ,差 1例 .认为本法手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症能保证充分显露 ,完全去除病变 ,使硬脊膜及神经根在彻底减压的基础上 ,尽量减少手术损伤和手术对脊柱稳定性的影响 ,经临床观察疗效满意 ,并发症少 ,术后恢复快 。

To study the clinical using value and indication of operating observation on protrusion of intervertebral disc,operating and becoming visible the space between vertebar board.Operating and becoming visible the space between vertebra board was used 58 cases protrusion of intervertebral disc to go on excising marrow nucleus and eliminating nerve root throughfare.Through following visiting 56 cases,for 6～36 months,among them,excellent;48 cases,good;5 cases,not bad;2 cases,poor;1 case.To consider the method of operating observation on protrusion of intervertebral disc.was pledged to become full visible,to eliminate pathological changes absolutely.Hard back membrance and nerve root were used to reduce pressure.On the basic of this,operating injury and the effect of stable for operating the pillars of the back were decreased as far as possible.Curative effect of clinical observation was satisfied.Complication was fewer and recover fast after operation.Be suitable for during single protrusion of intervertebral disc or during merger identical,the same side nerve root througfare stricture.
