诺和龙、金芪降糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病

Combination of Novonorm and Jinqi Hypoglycemic Tablet for treatment of geriatric diabetes mellitus

目的 :观察诺和龙与金芪降糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :将单纯饮食加运动控制不满意的老年糖尿病患者 6 2例 ,随机分成治疗组 32例 ,对照组 30例。治疗组采用诺和龙加金芪降糖片、对照组予格列吡嗪治疗 ,疗程 12周。结果 :治疗组 ,空腹血糖、餐后 2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白的下降均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时还可降低甘油三酯 (P <0 .0 5 )。无肝、肾功能改变 ,无严重的低血糖发生。结论 :诺和龙与金芪降糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病具有降糖作用好、安全性的特点 ,适合于老年糖尿病患者长期服用。

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of combination of Novonorm and Jinqi Hypoglycemic Tablet for treatment of geriatric diabetes mellitus. Methods: The 62 patients, whose diabetes were controlled unsatisfactorily only by diets controls and proper sports, are selected and divided in two groups at random. One group of 32 patients was treatment by means of Novonorm and Jinqi Hypoglycemic Tablet, another group of 30 patients was treatment by glipizide. The period for clinical treatment was 12 weeks. Results: For the Novonorm and Jinqi Hypoglycemic Tablet group, it has been found that the levels of the serum glucose and glycohemoglobin are much lower than the glipizide group( P <0.01), whenever fasting blood glucose or 2 hours after the meal, and as well as decrease the level of triglyceride without impairing the functions of the liver and kidney and seriously lowering the serum glucose. Conclusion: Application of combination of Novonorm and Jinqi Hypoglycemic Tablet for treatment of geriatric diabetes mellitus is efficacy, and safety. This therapy is suitable for geriatric diabetes mellitus in the long-term..
