摘要
所研制的气象仪是一种基于多传感头集成的MEMS系统 ,可用于测量温湿度、风速、风向和气压的便携式气象检测仪器 ,同时由于MEMS技术的使用 ,使得该仪器整体电路简单可靠 ,而且体积小 ,携带方便。本文主要介绍湿度检测部分。
A kind of Weather Measurement Instrument based on MEMS is presented. In the instrument, an integrated circuit, which merging the multi-sensors and transducer electronics on a single chip, can be used to measure temperature、humidity、the speed and direction of wind and pressure. The circuit on the PCB in this instrument is more simple and reliable because the technology of MEMS is used. The instrument can be made small and portable. The part of detecting humidity is only introduced.
