摘要
在微型扭杆刚度及小滞后角测量仪的研制过程中 ,设计了加载与测量扭矩于一体的传感器 ,实现了扭矩平衡加载与高精度测量。着重介绍该传感器的设计原理、设计方法及其静态特性。实验证明 ,所设计的扭矩传感器能满足设计要求。
In the process of development of measure instrument used for measure stiffness and mini-lag angle of minitype torsion pole, a sensor, which can be used for load and measure torque, was developed. Using this sensor, we can load torque evenly and measure it precisely. This paper introduces the design principle, design method and the static characteristic of the sensor. The experiment data proves that the sensor can satisfy the design requirement.
