摘要
分析以非晶态合金为磁芯设计的二阶感应式磁敏传感器工作原理 ,根据其幅频特性曲线低频和高频段梯度大的特点 ,设计了该传感器低频和高频的补偿电路 ,得到了补偿后传感器的特性曲线。满足了天然场及人工场的测磁要求。
Analyze the theory of a two-order inductive magnetic sensor based on amorphous alloy, design the compensation circuit of the sensor with low frequency and high frequency according to the feature that there is a large grads from the low frequency to the high frequency of its amplitude characteristic and achieve the characteristic curve of the sensor with compensation function. Then make requirements of man-made & natural magnetic field.
