摘要
文章对QFII制度、资本账户自由化、资本市场开放进行了阐释,同时阐述了QFII制度的实施对我国资本市场发展所产生的影响,并对当前QFII制度实施的现状进行了剖析,最后对QFII制度的实施提出了若干政策建议。
QFII system,capital account liberalization and capital market openning are discussed in this paper. The actuality of QFII system's implementation and the impact which QFII system imposes on the development of china's capital market are analysed in detail . Finally, some suggestions about policy are proposed.
