肺炎支原体感染所致儿童神经系统损害11例分析

Analysis of 11 Children with Nervous System Damage by Mycoplasma Pneumonia Infection

目的 探讨肺炎支原体 (MP)感染所致神经系统损害疾病的治疗方法。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附方法(EL ISA)测定住院患儿血清中的 MP- Ig M抗体。结果 我院 2 0 0 2年共收治 MP感染患儿 16 2例 ,损害中枢神经系统 11例 ,占 6 .79%。大环内酯类抗生素治疗 2～ 4个疗程 ,痊愈或好转出院的占 10例 ,1例因精神行为异常转精神病院治疗。结论 MP感染可以导致儿童神经系统损害。若能及时选用大环内酯类抗生素治疗 ,预后大多良好。

Objective To investigate the treatment on the children with nervous systems damage by mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) infection.Methods MP IgM antibody in sera of patients was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results 162 children with MP infection were treated, 11 children of which suffered from nervous system damage(6.79%). All patients were treated with macrolides for 2～4 courses of treatment, and ten of them recovered completely or got improved clinically, and one was turned to the mental hospital because of the unusual spirit behavior.Conclusions The nervous systems damage could be caused by MP infection. If these patients were treated with macrolides in due time,the prognosis should be mostly good.
