摘要
为研究卷柏的质控指标成分 ,选用SHIM -PACKCLC -ODS柱 ,流动相为水 -甲醇 ( 10 0∶2 ) ;检测波长 2 60nm ;室温下 ,建立了卷柏中腺苷含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法 ,并对不同产地卷柏腺苷的含量进行测定。结果 :线性范围为 1~ 8μg ,相关系数r =0 9993,平均回收率为 96 70 % ,RSD为 0 93%。结论 :本法灵敏、简便。
In order to study index composition of quality control in Selaginella tarmariscina, reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was established by choosing SHIM-PACK CLC-ODS column, with water-methanol (100 : 2) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength at 260nm, to determine adenosine contents in Selaginella tarmariscina under room temperature, and also to determine adenosine contents in Selaginella tarmariscina from different places. The results showed that the liner range was 1~8μg; the correlation coefficient was 0.9993; average recovery rate was 96.70% and RSD was 0.93%. The conclusion is that this method is sensitive, simple, convenient and accurate.
