神牛散对急性痛风关节炎周围组织的影响 被引量:2

Influence of “Divine Cow Powder” on Peripheral Tissues of Acute Gouty Arthritis

摘要 为证实神牛散 (由水牛角、银花、连翘、板蓝根等组成 )对急性痛风关节炎的作用 ,将 40只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、中药组、西药组各 10只 ,正常组注射生理盐水 ,其余各组均向右侧胫骨跗骨关节腔内注射尿酸钠盐溶液造成实验性尿酸盐性踝关节炎动物模型 ,造模后 4h中药组胃饲神牛散 ,西药组胃饲秋水仙碱 ,正常组和模型组胃饲等量温开水。造模后 72h处死并取材 ,分别作光镜和电镜检测。结果 :光镜下中药组多数大鼠受试关节肿胀明显消退 ,接近正常 ,并能减少组织中异物多核巨细胞的产生。电镜下 ,软骨细胞核形接近正常 ,关节软骨及滑膜细胞结构与正常组基本接近 ,含溶酶体的滑膜细胞与正常无异 ;未见明显的骨胶原纤维大量地增生。 In order to prove the function of “Divine Cow Powder' (main ingredients: Cornu Bubali, Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Isatidis, etc.) on acute gouty arthritis, 40 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group, Chinese medicine group, and medication group, 10 in each group. Physiological saline was injected in the normal group. Urate sodium solution was injected into the capsule of the intertarsal joint of the right tibia in the rest groups to establish animal models of experimental uratic arthritis in the ankle. 4 hours after the models were established, “Divine Cow Powder' was fed into the stomach in Chinese medicine group. Colchicine was fed into the stomach in the western medication group. Warm water in same volume was fed in the normal group and model group. 72 hours after modeling, rats were killed to fetch the materials for optical and electron microscopic examinations respectively. The results showed that under optical microscope, joint tumefaction decreased obviously in the most rats of the Chinese medicine group, almost normal, with occurrence of multinuclear foreign-body giant cells decreased. Under optical microscope, nuclear form of chondrocyte was almost normal, and articular cartilage and synovial cell structure were almost close to those in the normal group. The synovial cells containing lysosome were as same as the normal ones. No obvious proliferation of osteocollagenous fibers was seen. There was no obvious difference between the groups of Chinese medicine and western medication.
