术后方对白内障囊外术后炎性反应的临床观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of “Post-Operative Formula" on Inflammatory Reaction after Extracapsular Extraction of Cataract

为观察中药术后方 (主药 :生地黄、当归、川芎、赤芍药、蒿本、防风等 )治疗白内障囊外术后炎性反应的临床疗效 ,将白内障囊外术后患者 60例 ,按手术先后随机分为治疗组 ( 30例 ,用术后方 )和对照组 ( 30例 ,以激素治疗 )分别治疗 ,同时两组患者均加小剂量激素等滴眼 ,以观察患者治疗前后视力、睫状充血、角膜水肿、房水浑浊等变化。结果 :治疗组有效率为 86 67% ,对照组为 63 33% ,P <0 .0 5。提示

In order to observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal post-operative formula (main ingredients: Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Ligustici, Radix Ledebouriellae, etc) in the treatment of inflammatory reaction after extracapsular extraction of cararact, 60 cases of the patients after extracapsular extraction of cataract were randomly divided into the treatment group (by “Post-Operative Formula') and control group (by hormones), plus small dose of hormones for external application in both groups, for observation of vision change, ciliary congestion, corneal edema, and aqueous opacity, etc., before and after treatments. The results showed that the effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group, with a significant difference. The findings indicate that “Post-Operative Formula' plus western medication can remarkably enhance the therapeutic effect for inflammatory reaction after extracapsular extraction of cataract.
