摘要
重点针对为数居多的10kV 高压电力用户中长期存在的由于采用了不同的计量方案而造成发行电量、电费结算存在明显盖异的问题进行了分解剖析和简要评估,并提出了相应的改进建议。
In connection with the differences between quantity of generated electricity and tariff settlement caused by adopting different metering system for the most 10 kV power users,the problems are analyzed and evaluated briefly in the paper.And the improving suggestions are also presented.
