南征北伐——中国电信与中国网通市场拓展策略的比较

摘要 中国电信进行南北分拆之后,中国电信和中国网通都不约而同地向对方的市场领域进攻。中国电信拥有全国干线传输网70%的资源,但为保持其全国网络的统一性、完整性和先进性,恢复它在全国范围内的通信服务能力,中国电信集团在拆分后即开始“北伐”。中国网通也很快迈开了“南征”的步伐,先后建立了中国网通集团西北通信股份有限公司,中国网通集团西南通信股份有限公司以及江苏、浙江、四川、广东、广西通信股份有限公司。目前,中国网通集团组建南方区域性股份有限公司的工作已全部完成。 After the 'breakup' of China Telecom structure, New China Telecom and New China Netcom both want to expand their services to the other's markel. Although New China Telecom owns 70% resources of backbone transport network in the country, it still begins to develop the market in north after the 'breakup' in order to keep the unity, integrality and advantage of network all over the country and to resume its ability to fulfill the communications service all through the country. Similarly New China Netcom begins to enter the market in south, and China Netcom Group Northwest Communication Co., Ltd, China Netcom Group Southwest Communication Co., Ltd and China Netcom Group's subsidiary companies in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Guangdong and Guangxi are established. Now the establishment of China Netcom Group's subsidiary companies in south is finished. Then what are the advantages of New China Telecom and New China Netcom in their new competition? That will be analyzed in the following article.
