探讨了以干海带为原料研制冰淇淋的工艺配方 ,制得了外观诱人、口感独特的保健型冷冻饮品。
A processing technique and formula for kelp ice cream were introduced by using dry kelp as an ingredient. The kelp ice cream has agreeable texture and unique taste,and it is also good to health.
