摘要 研究了单克隆免疫亲和柱 高效液相色谱法测定玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮的方法。样品通过乙腈 水 (体积比9∶1)提取 ,提取液用免疫亲和柱净化 ,WatersC18色谱柱分离 ,荧光检测器检测 ,外标法定量。对添加不同含量的玉米赤霉烯酮进行 6次重复实验 ,平均回收率为 87.8%~ 90 .9% ,变异系数 (CV)为 8.6 %~ 11.3% ,检测低限为0 .0 1mg/kg。 A method for determination of zearalenone in corn by High Performance Liquid Chromatography is reported.The sample is extracted with water.Filtrate is cleaned up by ZearalaTest affinity cartridges. The zearalenone is separated on Waters C 18 column ,and is detected by Fluorescence detector and is quantified by external standard. The samples are fortified with zearalenone at the five levels. Five-replicate analysis are performed at each level. The recoveries of the zearalenone are 87.8%~90.9%,the variation coefficients are 8.6%~11.3%,and the detecttion limits is 0.01 mg/kg.
