摘要
选用皮尔逊相关度量和最长距离法 ,对珠江河口区翡翠贻贝体内有机氯农药和多氯联苯的含量进行了聚类分析。结果显示 ,13个采样点的样品可分为 3类 :一类污染物含量最低 ,二类中多氯联苯含量最高 ,三类中有机氯农药含量最高 ,这些污染物的含量与分布及样品所处地理位置、地方经济结构有关。将贻贝品质分为较好、合格、较差 3个等级。
This paper discussed cluster analysis of organochlorinated pesticides and PCBs in mussels ( Perna viridis ) from the Pearl River estuarine zone by using Pearson correlation and complete linkage. The results showed that thirteen coastal samples could be classified into three groups: group I had the lowest contamination,While group Ⅱ had the highest contamination of PCBs, and group Ⅲ had the highest contamination of organochlorinated pesticides. Concentrations and distribution of contaminants were related to the locations and local economic structures. Quality of mussels could be assessed as good,qualified and bad.
