So with the advent of the trend, what is the important significance to enterprises-the basic agents in economic activities? The answer is that cyber-economy can greatly improve the key competitive element-technical capacity. The technology mentioned is not in traditional sense--production technology but involves organization system, operation management and productive circle and so on. And technical capacity means the knowledge and skill essential for gaining, absorbing, applying, adopting, adjusting and creating techniques.
