企业建立质量管理体系障碍分析

Analysis on the Barriers to Form Quality Management System of Enterprises

随着全球经济一体化的深入发展,尤其是加入“WTO”后,企业建立质量管理体系越来越具有现实性和紧迫性。但是,由于主客观原因,企业对此未能引起足够的重视,在关于建立质量管理体系问题上存在着种种障碍。这就有必要对这些障碍产生的原因进行分析,以利于采取措施消除消极影响,加快企业建立质量管理体系进程,以适应国际通行规则,冲破技术壁垒,保证企业贸易活动的顺利开展。

With the development in depth of global economic intergration, especially after WTO, it is realistic and urgent requirement to establish quality management system. However, due to subjective and objective reasons, enterprises do not pay enough attention to it that creates obstacles on the setup of management system. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the reasons that erect barriers. That will help adopt measures to eliminate positive influences and speed up the setup process in order to adapt to international rules, clear away technical barriers and ensure the development of trade activities.
