摘要
新时代的高等院校图书馆向其工作人员提出了新的挑战。他们应具有较高的现代意识和良好的职业道德。而他们工作态度和知识素质的高低直接影响着读者的信息素养,也是图书馆步入良性循环的起码要求。
Modern libraries in universities make new challenges to their staffs that they
should process higher modern consciousness and good professional ethics. And the level of their
working attitude and knowledge that are the minimum requirements for libraries stepping into
virtuous circle, directly affect readers' information accomplishment.
