摘要
论述了当前几种柿果贮藏保鲜技术生产与研究的现状,并分别就其进行了比较和分析,总结出各自的发展方向及系统的柿果贮藏保鲜技术工艺。
The research and application on the present storage of persimmon is reviewed in this paper.Several kinds of present storage tech-n iques are discussed in detail respectively.The prospects of each technique and s ystematic storage technique are summarized,which will supply reference for the r esearch and application on the storage of persimmon.
