我国宗教立法问题刍议

A Study of Religion Legislation in China

根据我国近年来颁布实施的大量有关宗教的文件、法规 ,结合其他国家的宗教立法实践 ,我国宗教立法过程中应以马克思主义指导为原则 ,与社会主义发展相适应 ,尊重历史传统 ,处理好与其他法律法规、民族政策、相关国际公约的关系 ,弥补不足 ,加强对“邪教”的打击。

According to the documents and statutes issued in recent years, and in the reference of the practice of religion legislation in other countries, this paper expounds the religion legislation in China and points out the problems and shortcomings.
