浅探高教大众化进程中的经费问题

The Approach to Resolve the Funds Problems in the Process from Elite to Mass Higher Education

经费不足是高等教育大众化进程中遇到的主要困难之一。根据教育成本分担原则 ,从政府、学生和社会三个方面探讨共同负担和补偿教育成本 ,以解决我国高等教育经费不足问题。

This paper is based on the principles of share responsibility for education cost, it aims at the funds problems in the process from elite to mass higher education in China and inquires into government, students, society, the three aspects should share responsibility for education cost in order to resolve the problem of lacking funds in higher education.
