摘要
以活性氧化铝为催化剂催化乙醇脱水生成乙烯的气固相反应、催化剂的制备条件和反应工艺条件 ,并对产物进行了分析与检测。通过不同型号的活性氧化铝分别对影响反应的四个因子 (催化剂的用量、载气———氮气的流量、水槽的温度与电炉的温度 )进行变换组合 ,得出了最佳反应条件。结果表明 。
Alcohol dehydration to ethylene has been studied on active aluminum oxide catalyst in catalyst preparation and reaction.And the products have also been detected and analysed.By reforming the four factors that affect the reaction through different types of active aluminum oxide,we have got the best reacting condition.The result shows that in the reaction of alchol dehydration with the same reactor,methanol can be completely replaced by alcohol.
