医保改革前后各一年我院用药情况分析

Analysis of the situation of drug use in one year each before and after the medical insurance reform in Shanghai Changning District Central Hospital

目的 :了解我院医保改革前、后各一年时间的用药变化情况和预测可能的发展趋势。 方法 :调查分析我院在医保改革前一年 ( 2 0 0 0年 4月～ 2 0 0 1年 3月 )和医保改革后一年 ( 2 0 0 1年 4月～ 2 0 0 2年 3月 )两个年度的用药种类、数量、频度及用药金额等情况。结果 :用药总金额后一年度较前一年度增加 2 46万余元 ,涨幅为 3 .11%。两个年度中各大类药品金额列前3位及 6、7、10位的排序相同 ,余者有所变化。各类药品应用因某些原因发生变化 ,有涨有跌。结论 :医保改革前、后两个年度我院整体用药结构基本合理。但是 ,在医保改革前 ,药品消费存在某些非理性因素。而医保改革后 。

Objective: To investigate the situations and trend of drug use in Shanghai Changning District Central Hospital (first rate and second class hospital) before and after the medical insurance reform. Methods: A survey of the classes, amounts, frequencies and expenses of the drugs used during the periods of April 2000 March 2001 and April 2001 March 2002. Results: The total expenses of drugs increased by more than 2.46 million Yuan or 3.11% in the year after the medical insurance reform compared with that in the year before. Arranging in order of the expenses for different classes, the classes ranked first three, sixth, seventh and tenth were same in the two annual reports. The order of rest classes was changed. Conclusion: The consuming structure of drugs is basically reasonable in our hospital in the two years, but before the medical insurance reform, there were some irrational factors in drug use. After the medical insurance reform, the consumption of drugs was more rational than before. [
