摘要
目的 :建立一阶导数分光光度法测定氯霉素滴眼液的含量。方法 :一阶导数分光光度法 ,在 2 5 6nm处测定氯霉素滴眼液的振幅值 D。 结果 :线性范围为 2 9.42~ 88.2 7μg/ml,r=0 .99998( n=5 ) ;平均回收率为 10 0 .5 % ,RSD=1.1% ( n=7)。辅料无影响 ,测定结果与药典方法一致。 结论 :该法操作简便、快速、准确 。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of content of chloramphenicol in eye drops by primary derivative spectrophotometry. Methods: Using primary derivative spectrophotometry, the amplitude D of chloramphenicol eye drops was determined at the wavelength of 256 nm. Results: Linearity of chloramphenicol content was revealed over the range of 29 42 88 27 μg/ml, r =0 999 98( n =5). The average recovery was 100.5% with the RSD of 1 1%( n =7). Primary derivative spectrophotometry could eliminate the interference of the excipient. The results obtained were same as those obtained with the pharmacopeial method. Conclusion: It is a rapid, convenient and accurate method and can be used for the quality control of the chloramphenicol eye drops prepared in hospital. [
