On our Moving System of Law

高效理性的法律运行机制是社会主义法治实现的制度基础 ,但是 ,目前我国的法律运行机制的各个环节都不同程度地存在一些问题 ,找出问题的症结所在 。

A law moving system,effec tive and rational,is the basis of running a country according to the socialism l aw.But,at present,there are some problems in our system of law. We should try to find the causes of these problems to understand well te status of managing state affairs in conformity with legal provisions.
