摘要
本文以多孔砖为对象,通过135个试件的抗剪强度试验,得出灰缝砂浆的饱满程度、砌筑工人的砌筑手法、铺浆到砌砖之间的时间长短、砖的湿润程度等施工因素分别对砖砌体抗剪强度的影响,证明它们是不可忽视的问题。同时,试验中对试件的破坏位置进行统计分析,找出其规律性。最后根据试验结果提出了一些施工操作中应当注意的问题。
A series of 137 hollow tile specimen tests have been made to study the factors affecting shear strength in brick-building's construction. Tests have proved that the ways and means of laying and screeding motar and its time-spreading inter- vals, as well as the moisture-content of hollow tiles etc. are all the essential factors affecting shear strength in brick building's construction, and all these should not to be neglected. In conclusion, it has suggested some measures for the temporary break-joints in brick-building's construction.
