摘要
本文就北京友谊医院扩建改建工程中,对原有建筑物的结构检测和鉴定后发现的问题,分别提出改变用途、卸除荷载、局部改建或停止使用、限制使用、加固处理后控制使用荷载等处理方法,并对房管部门提出了具体建议。
In the light of structure inspection and appraisal for renovation and ex- tension of the Beijing Friendship Hospital, the article has provided comprehensively the following measures, namely: (1)shift of room-working condition, (2)reduction of its bearing load, (3)seperate renovation or a close-down, (4)controlled working conditions, and(5)a specified working load after its slrengthening, etc. Furthermore, it has provided some concrete suggestions for the respective real estate agencies.
