全焊接补筋法加固梁的试验研究及设计建议

摘要 全焊接补筋法加固粱试验证明,全焊接补筋可有效地提高受弯构件的承载力。试验还揭示了全焊接补筋中后补钢筋的应力滞后现象以及原钢筋在焊接处产生的局部弯曲变形。根据试验研究,在文中提出了全焊接补筋加固梁的强度计算方法,同时对后补筋的直径、焊点间距、焊接长度等构造要求也提出了改进建议。 The research and test of the complete complementary welding bar method for beam-strengthening has been proved effective to promote the strength of the fle- xure member considerably. Tests have shown further that stress-damping of the welding bars occurs and that there are flexural deformations at the bars' welding points. Ba- sed upon this test and research, it has provided the strength calculation method for beam-strengthening. Simultaneously, it has provided some practical suggestions about the bars' diameter, weld-spacing and welding length etc.
