The Development of Simple Digital Sensors on the Base of Photo-sensitive Z-elements

本文主要介绍了Z元件的基本特性、温度补偿原理和基于光敏Z元件的简易传感器的基本电路。该传感器具有电路简单、性能好、成本低、体积小等特点。

The characteristics of z-elements, the method of temperature compensation and the circuit of the simple digital sensor on the base of photo-sensitive z-elements are introduced in this paper. Those sensors possess many advantages such as simpler circuit, higher performance, lower cost and smaller volume.
