本文对钢板宽度测控系统中的数学模型进行了深入的分析和研究,并根据系统运行的实际状态对该模型进行简化,提出了一种变结构双模控制方法,将线性控制与非线性控制有机结合,并在实际系统中实现了这一方法。

This paper makes a deep analysis and study on the mathematic model for steel plate width measurement and control system. The model is simplified according to actual system running. Then, it forwards a variable structure dual model control method by combining non-liner control with liner control. In addition, the method is realized in actual system.
