研究用紫外分光光度法测定复方西咪替丁乳膏中甲硝唑的含量。方法:紫外分光光度法,检测波长277nm,平均回收率:100.2％;RSD1.16％,回归方程:C=28.287A+0.3858,r=0.9993。结果:方法简便,重现性好,结果准确,适用于医院制剂室等基层单位。
