Security Management of Power Generating Enterprises in Market Economy

以经济学理论为基础 ,面对电力市场化改革的环境条件 ,对发电企业的安全管理进行全新的观察研究 .从经济学视角出发 ,从客观视角论述了发电企业的安全状态与安全评价 ,从主观视角论述了发电企业的安全效用与安全行为 ,提出了发电企业安全管理的三维观 ,对电厂安全的系统维度、电厂安全的进程维度、电厂安全的时间维度进行了概要归纳 。

On the basis of economic theories, security management in power generating enterprises facing the commercializing reform in the power market is surveyed with a brand-new prospective. The status quo of security in power generating enterprises and their security evaluation are studied in an economic approach. The security utility and security measures are exposed from a subjective prospective. A three-dimensional theory of security management in power generating enterprises is proposed, with the three dimensions, namely the system dimension, the procedure dimension and the timing dimension respectively, being highlighted and illustrated.
