电厂、电网实施产权分离后 ,发电企业为了适应市场竞争 ,需要提高管理效率 .通过对一般制造企业、发电企业管理状况的分析 ,结合业务流程再造管理思想 ,指出当发电企业为提升企业管理水平、实施全面的信息管理、进行较大规模的IT应用投资计划之前 。

After the separation of power plants and the power net, the electricity generating enterprises need to increase their management efficiency in order to achieve competitively in the market. Through analysis of the general manufacturing enterprises, the status quo of the management of the enterprises of electricity generating applying the thoughts of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), the paper points out that, in order to promote its management level electricity generating enterprises should perform the BPR plan on the basis of its own characteristics before proceeding to large-scale investment on IT application.
