摘要
旋转安装法的原理是利用底端着地承担一部分荷载,并由上部某点作用的外拉力缓慢竖立高长构件。为使该法更为安全可靠和经济合理,本文在外力分析的基础上建立了3组计算曲线系数,大大减轻了计算工作量,并为各着力点的强度设计提供了可靠的外力数据。最后结合工程实例,用本法和曲线系数进行了计算对比。
The theory of fixed joint revolving installation method is by application of vertical structure member's lower end to take a part of its load, while its upper end to take the rest part of its load and gradually, step by step, it is pulled up by external force and eventually fixed up into vertical position. In order to secure a safer installation and abetter benefit,it has provided 3-charts of calculation coefficient for external force analysis. Thus, the laborious calculation work is greatly reduced and an accuratae strength required at its respective joint is obtained. Finally, by using the calculation coefficient chart, some comparisons are made among several engineering practices with statisfaction.
