摘要
研究了以氯化亚铜 乙二胺 苄氯体系引发苯乙烯聚合反应.考察了聚合反应时间、单体用量和聚合反应温度对聚合的影响;采用凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振谱和示差扫描量热法对合成的聚苯乙烯进行了表征.研究表明,该体系合成的聚苯乙烯数均分子量达到2.3×105,多分散指数小于1.72,间同含量达到83%,玻璃化转变温度为102℃.
Polymerization of styrene initiated by copper(I) chloride /ethylenediamine /benzyl chloride has been studied in the paper. The effect of polymerization time, ratio of monomer to catalyst and polymerization temperature on the polymerization were investigated and the obtained polystyrene was characterized by GPC, 1H-NMR and DSC. It was showed that the number average molecular weight is as high as 2.3 × 105, the polydispersity indexes are lower than 1.72, syndiotactic content is as high as 83%, and the glass transition temperature is 102 °C.
