摘要
应用ELISA和IHA对我省两种猪场的66份血清进行了检测,结果表明用ELISA检测两猪场免疫合格率分别为83.33%、80.5%,用IHA检测分别为90%、97.2%;两者检测结果符合率为84.8%,具有较高的群体相关性。
Classical Swine Fever virus(CSFV),a major pathogen of swine,causes immense damage.Serological surveillance is important to reduce prevalence of CSF.In this research,the sera from two breeders were detected by ELISA and IHA.By method of ELISA the protective rates were83.33%and80.5%respectly;by IHA the rates were90%and97.2%.The result showed that the two methods have high correlation.
