Simulation of the Performance Based on ASPEN PLUS for Dry Feed Entrained Flow Coal Gasification of Entrained-Bed Gasifier

摘要 基于ASPENPLUS平台,提出了加压气流床气化炉的性能模拟方法.该方法利用ASPENPLUS的图形化建模工具,与传统的煤气化过程计算方法相比,可以实现快速编制模拟煤气化过程的模拟软件,并可将气化过程与整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)发电系统的优化设计过程整合.利用输入语句和计算模块的灵活性,可以对不同的煤种进行计算.计算结果表明,该计算方法可以比较好地预测干粉加压气流床的气化性能,为气化炉的性能模拟提供了依据. Based on ASPEN PLUS, a computation simulation model for dry feed entrained flow coal gasification is developed. Compared with the computational method of conventional gasification, this model can realize quick edit of simulation software to simulate the gasification process, and integrate the gasification process with the optimization design of integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) generation system. By using the flexibility of inputting sentence and computed module, this model can facilitate the calculation of a wide variety of coals. It is shown that the model is suitable for predicting the performance of the dry feed entrained flow coal gasification of entrained-bed gasifier.
