摘要
天津港通讯枢纽预应力混凝土塔施工条件复杂。其塔身放置在十字交叉的深梁上,深梁施工中采取分段浇筑、分段卸载的办法,采用后张有粘结预应力取代原无粘结预应力施工方案,保证了工程进度。施工中首次将波纹管用于竖向长孔道留孔,将钢丝束镦头锚具用于竖向长束的预应力筋,效果良好。
The construction conditions for the Tanggu telecommunication center prestressed concrete tower are compticated and difficult. Its tower shaft has been designed and built upon a crisscross deep beam foundation. The complex foundation is built, step by step, in seperate stages and with seperate sections. In spite of the unbonded post-tensioning method, the bonded post-tensioningmethod had been eventually adopted, and therefore, it guaranteed the quality and facilitated the time schedule considerably. Besides, there were those advanced technics applied during construction such as: the built-in holes for the lengthy vertical corrugated tendon ducts and, the application of the anchorages and upsets of the prestressed steel bars, of which both are proved of good results.
