The Research and Innovation of Casting Forming Process

摘要在对成形系统分解与综合的基础上 ,提出了成形工艺创新的基本思路。通过对传统有模型砂型制造过程的分析 ,指出导致其柔性较低的主要原因是信息过程与物理过程相对独立。将离散 /堆积成形原理与树脂砂工艺有机结合 ,提出了 CAD模型直接驱动的铸型制造工艺。
