摘要
将复合碳硅锰样品研磨至过>180目筛,与微晶纤维素粘结剂混匀,压制成40mm样品压片,用PW1606X射线荧光光谱仪测定其中的Si,Mn,P。测定结果准确、稳定,满足科研、生产分析要求。方法简便、快速。
