摘要
对钛夹杂物的光谱行为进行了研究,发现钛夹杂物信号强度的频数、总强度分别与钛含量成线性关系,以此建立了钛夹杂物的定量分析数学模型,为实际样品的应用打下了基础。
The spectroscopic behavior of TiN and TiC in steel was studied. It was found that abnormal signal frequency and total intensity of Ti-inclusion were linear with the total content of Ti respectively. In view of the above experiment results,a mathematical model was established. All the work has provided a good basis for practical sample analysis.
