摘要
近年来,我国房屋屋面渗漏现象较严重,主要是由于温度收缩、干缩、碳化收缩、风化等原因。本文具体分析了这几方面的情况,提出了从改进设计入手,将屋面作为一种处于特定自然环境中的外露结构进行设计;适度增大屋面泛水坡度以提高卸水速度;设置明天沟以保证整个屋面排水畅通等根治屋面渗漏的具体措施。
In recent years, the roof leakage has been rampant and detestable in roof building construction. The causes of roof leakage are mainly due to its temperature and evaporation shrink- age, as well as its constructions of ingredients and efflorescences. In the light of these discrepancies and based upon the outside exposed structure under specific natural conditions, this article has in- troduced the following concrete steps to eliminate roof leakage such as: the increase of roof slope ratio, the raise of drainage rate and the set up of gutters.
