玉米的不同加工处理对绵羊瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸浓度动态变化影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 选用4头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的内蒙古半细毛羯羊(平均体重为23.7kg±0.44kg)为实验动物,按4×4完全拉丁方试验设计,在1.3M日粮条件下,饲喂仅在玉米加工处理方面有差异的4种日粮来研究对绵羊瘤胃内挥发性脂肪酸浓度动态变化的影响。实验结果表明:玉米加工处理前后干物质的化学成分并没有明显改变;制粒和蒸气处理与对照组相比,瘤胃内挥发性脂肪酸各组分浓度有所增加,烘烤处理组有降低的趋势,但差异不显著(p>0.05)。各处理组间乙酸/丙酸基本接近,均属丙酸/乙酸发酵类型。 4 rumen permnantly fistulated Inner Mongolia semifine wool wethers(cwerage body weight 23.7±0. 44Kg) were used by a 4× 41atin square design to investigate the effect of 4 kinds of diets with differently treated corn on the dynamics of rumen VFA concentrations in sheep fed at 1. 3M feeding level. The results indicated: corn processing had no pronounced effect on the chemical composition in dry matter, compared with the concrol, the rumen VFA contentritions were increased in pelleted and steamed corn treatments and tended to decrease in the roasted corn treatment,but the difference was not significant(p >0.05). The ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid was similar in all treatments,all belonged to propionic acid -acetic acid type fermentation.
