LD端面泵浦被动调Q激光器的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 从Cr4+ :YAG的晶体特性及开关特性出发 ,通过实验实现了LD端面泵浦被动调Q激光器的运转 ,得到了最小脉宽为 2 2ns,重复频率为 2 3kHz,峰值功率为 3 .5kW的激光输出 ,脉冲和稳定性为± 6% 。 The Q-swithed characteristics of Cr 4+:YAG are studied and the pulse train with minor pulse width 22 ns and frequency 23 kHz,peak power 3.5 kW were obtained in LD end-pumped passively Q-swithed laser, the stability of pulse is ±6%. The phenomena of LD end-pumped passively Q-swithed laser are also qualitatively analyzed.
