摘要
研究了温度作用下 3类硬磁畴畴壁中垂直布洛赫线 (VBL)的消失过程 ,发现和证实了普通硬磁泡 (OHBs) ,第I类哑铃畴 (IDs)和第II类哑铃畴 (IIDs)都存在一个与材料参量有关的VBL解体的临界温度范围 .对同一样品而言 ,3类硬磁畴的起始临界温度是相同的 ,而VBL完全解体的最低温度却是依次增加的 .在临界温度范围内 ,3类硬磁畴畴壁中的VBL是不稳定的 。
The annihilation of vertical Bloch lines in the domain walls of three kinds of hard domains subjected to temperature is investigated experimentally. It is found and confirmed that there exists a critical temperature range for the break down of the VBLs in each of the OHB, ID and IID hard domains. For the same sample, the initial critical temperatures of three kinds of hard domains are equal; the final critical temperatures are successively increased. The VBLs in the domain walls of the three kinds of hard domains are not stable in the critical temperature range, and are gradually annihilated.
