憎水粉(亦称拒水粉、隔热镇水粉、粉末防水材料) 近几年来被作为新材料引入屋面防水,实际上是防水剂的一种。 1 憎水粉的特性憎水粉是具有防水性能的一种固体粉末。在混凝土屋面使用的憎水粉,要有一定的细度(小于300目) 和较好的耐热性。憎水粉的憎水性在于分子结构中不含亲水基团,细度使其材料分散性好;容重小和较小的导热系数又使其具有隔热作用。硬脂酸钙是一种防水剂。采用脂肪酸与金属氧化物反应,可生成非水溶性脂肪酸盐,反应只须按克分子比投料,无须特殊手段。用这种方法制造的憎水剂比市场上工业级同类商品的纯度低,但价格便宜.由于它们的化学结构相同,故防水性能相近。有机硅分子与混凝土或砖石表面的硅醇基发生缩合反应而形成防水层,用有机硅乳液作外墙憎水剂就是利用了这一特性。同理。
