摘要
一种新型的热稳腔 ,由半导体激光泵浦源、全反射镜、固体激光介质、x向位置可移动的补偿透镜、输出镜及x向移动控制装置组成。在激光谐振腔内放置一x向位置可根据激光输出功率的变化而移动的补偿透镜 ,从而在大功率激光输出时消除腔内的热透镜效应 ,形成一热稳定腔。该热稳定腔可应用于大功率半导体泵浦固体激光器 ,有效消除腔内的热透镜效应 。
This paper presents a late-model thermally-stabilized cavity made up of a diode pump source, a HR reflector, an output mirror, a solid laser medium, a locomotive compensated lens and the motion control equipment. Place a locomotive compensated lens in the cavity, its motion according to the change of output laser power. The thermally-stabilized resonance cavity can be used in high power diode-pumped solid state laser, it can eliminate thermal-lensing and ensure the laser performance stability and credibility.
