Design and Implementation of the ophthalmic Excimer Laser system

摘要 本文介绍了准分子激光屈光矫正系统工作原理 ,并对其硬件系统进行了详细的分析与设计。采用小光斑飞点扫描的切削方式 ,在计算机的控制下 ,经PMMA打板实验 ,准分子人眼像差矫正系统工作稳定 。 The principle of the ophthalmic Excimer Laser system is introduced in this paper,and the hardware is analysed and designed.The the flying spot scanning ophthalmic Excimer Laser system controlled by computer can work well and stablly through the PMMA experiment.
