苯妥英锌抗实验性癫痫的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解苯妥英锌的抗癫痫作用及与传统抗癫痫药苯妥英钠作用的差别,比较观察了2种剂量的苯妥英锌与苯妥英钠对最大电休克(MES)实验、戊四唑(PTZ)发作阈值实验、听源性发作(AGS)实验的作用,结果表明:苯妥英锌能明显对抗MES所致的惊厥,对PTZ引起的惊厥能延长阵挛潜伏期及小鼠存活时间,大剂量时可抑制惊厥的发生,对AGS小鼠也有明显的抑制作用,对3种癫痫模型的抑制作用与苯妥英钠相似。因此,苯妥英锌呈剂量依赖性对抗MES、PTZ发作阈值实验、AGS实验,对抗强度与苯妥英钠相似。 In order to understand the antiepilepsy functional difference between the Zinc phenytoin and the diphenine sodium,we took mice and rat as the experimental animal to do maximal electroshock seizure (MES)test?metrazal seizure threshold (MET)test and audiogenic seizure(AGS) with two kind of dosages Zinc phenytoin and diphenine sodium. It was found that Zinc phenytoin could obviously inhibit MES of mice,and prolong clonus latent period and survival time to MET of mice,Zinc phenytoin inhibited MET weakly in low dosage,there was distinct function in high dosage,in addition,Zinc phenytoin was useful to AS,what mentioned above was similar to diphenine sodium.Zinc phenytoin showed the dependent relation to dosage to resisting MES?MET and AS,and resisting strength was similar to diphenine sodium. 
